A platform for live production: the trellis its services climb.
Services
Liana
A liana is a long-stemmed, woody vine native to South American rainforests. Rather than grow upward on its own, it climbs existing structure, threading through trees and trellises to reach the light. It doesn't only climb the structure; it carries what it holds up through it, out to where it's seen.
Spica
A spica is an ear of grain: the wheat-spike the maiden Virgo holds, and the bright star named for it. Its kernels ripen along a single stalk, each in its own place and its own turn. A spike carries nothing out of sequence; every part arrives in the order it was meant to.
Theca
A theca is a case or capsule: in botany the sheath that encloses a plant's spores, in anatomy a protective covering around a structure. It is defined entirely by what it holds. A theca keeps nothing it can't place; everything inside it has a home, and stays known.
